Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases from https://themotorwaycasuals.com, operated by Celestia Spark Ventures Private Limited.

1. Return window You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for any reason, including change of mind. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with their original packaging and tags.

2. How to request a return Email support@themotorwaycasuals.com or WhatsApp +91 89814 41399 with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm your request within one business day and arrange a reverse pickup where our courier partner services your pincode. Where reverse pickup is unavailable, we will share a return address and reimburse standard courier charges on receipt.

3. Damaged, defective or incorrect items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photographs of the item and the outer packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges paid. An unboxing video is helpful and speeds up processing, but it is not required.

4. Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery (including earrings and nose studs) cannot be returned unless faulty. Customised or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

5. Refunds Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item, or immediately on approval for damaged and incorrect item claims. Refunds are made in full, including original shipping charges where the return is due to our error.

6. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Email or WhatsApp us with your order number. If the order has already shipped, use the return process above.

7. Exchanges We offer exchanges for size or colour within the same 7-day window, subject to stock availability.
