1. Acceptance By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase.

3. Products and descriptions We take reasonable care to describe our products accurately, including materials, dimensions and finish. Product photographs are representative; minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and lighting. Where a product is described as stainless steel, leather or plated, that description is accurate as stated on the product page.

4. Pricing and payment All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and fully refund any order affected by an obvious error. 5. Order acceptance Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where delivery details are incomplete or invalid, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. Any amount already paid on a cancelled order is refunded in full.

6. Your responsibilities You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect address supplied by you.

7. Intellectual property All content on this website — including text, product photography, logos and the TMWC brand — is owned by or licensed to Celestia Spark Ventures Private Limited and may not be reproduced without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product is limited to the price paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
