    Where we ship We ship across India to all pincodes serviced by our courier partners. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability. We do not currently ship internationally.

    Shipping charges [Choose one and delete the other:]

    • Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery orders carry a handling fee of ₹30
    • Flat shipping of ₹199 on orders below ₹299. Free shipping on orders of ₹299 and above.

    Order processing Orders are quality-checked and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

    Delivery timelines

    • Metro cities: 3–5 business days from dispatch
    • Rest of India: 5–7 business days from dispatch
    • North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar and other remote locations: 7–10 business days from dispatch

    Tracking A tracking link is sent by SMS and email once your order is handed to the courier. You can also contact us on WhatsApp at +91 89814 41399 for a status update.

    Failed delivery If a delivery attempt fails three times or a package is returned undelivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or issue a refund less shipping costs actually incurred.

    Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, strikes, regional restrictions, or other events outside our control, but we will keep you informed and help track your parcel.
